- Description
- This is a requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested not later than 15 Nov 02. The solicitation number is F28609-03-R-0002 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The solicitation is issued unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 488119 with a size standard of $6 Million. The resulting contract shall be a firm-fixed-price with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and supplies to accomplish the aircraft deicing fluid recovery services required by McGuire AFB NJ in accordance with the specifications provided in the solicitation. A Site Visit will be held on 7 Nov 02/11:30 am. at 305th Contracting Squadron, 2402 Vandenberg Ave., McGuire AFB NJ 08641. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, but the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Federal Government's Electronic Posting System: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All FAR clauses and provisions may be reviewed and/or obtained from The Air Force FAR web site at Internet address http://farsite.hill.af.mil/.
