Description

NA Provide lodging and meeting space for RCNSIS seminar to be held in the spring of 2003 in the Washington, DC/Arlington, VA area. Exact dates will be listed in the RFQ. Hotel must be located within a 3 mile radius of the White House or Pentagon, and must b e within 300 meters walking distance of a metro stop. 13 rooms are required for a six night period. A Conference room to accommodate 70 people and four seminar rooms for approx. 17 people each will be required. Audio visual equipment and other miscellan eous services are required. Contractor to provide two buses for a one-day trip to Manassas Battlefield. The due date listed for receipt of quotes is approximate and subject to change based on issuance date. This requirement is unrestricted. Telephone r equests will not be honored. Email requests must include contractor name and address. Requests can be faxed to (717) 245-3053.
