Description: The National Gallery of Art (the Gallery) is seeking assistance in reengineering its current retail operations to adopt today's best business practices for our Gallery shops (the Shops). After the initial reengineering project, the Gallery will be seeking the replacement of its current retail and point-of-sale systems with systems that support the adopted modern retail practices.
