Description
The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA) on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is requesting "capability statement" from the vendor community, identifying their capability(ies) to do some or all of the following items: (a) using a government provided "build disk", burn the information on (1) unclassified workstations and desktops computers, (2) classified workstations and desktops, (3) TEMPEST unclassified workstations and desktops, (4) TEMPEST Classified workstations and desktops, (5) provide warehouse storage for periods not to exceed 9 months for unclassified workstations and desktops, classified workstations and desktops, TEMPEST unclassified Workstations and desktops, TEMPEST classified workstations and desktops and have the transportation vehicles to move them from the vendor warehouse to the DIA warehouse when requested to do, (6) accomplish virus checks, (7) any capability to use "cleared drivers" (cleared at a minimum of "Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI")), (7) facility clearance at a minimum of TS/SCI; (b) the vendor must have the electrical power meeting U.S. standard as well as International Electrical Standards so that a suite of machines (suite could be 1 unit or as many as 30 units) can be set up and tested as though they were in a "network or office configuration" to make sure they are all working and then disassembled and packaged for future delivery to a site in the U.S. or anywhere in the world so that upon unpackaging and installation of the "suite" at the site they will be ready for use by the operators; and, (c) any other vendor capabilities commensurate with the needs identified above by which the vendor may assist DIA.
