- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting proposals to provide Reference Lab & Courier Services for VISN 12 (consisting of VAMC's Chicago HCS, Westside/Lakeside, Hines, North Chicago IL, Milwaukee WI, Tomah WI, Madison WI, and Iron Mountain, MI. This is a firm fixed price unrestricted contract. Period of performance is from January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003, with up to four (4) option years. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about November 8, 2002. This solicitation is issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov./ Offerors should contact Michelle.ranes@mail.va.gov or (540) 842-4699 regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation may be contacted kimberly.cowan-tucker@med.va.gov. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
