Description
APPROXIMATE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 29 NOV 2002. This announcement constitutes a Request for Proposal Synopsis. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a non-personal service requirement for contractor to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance services at Hill AFB and Little Mountain UT. Types of services maintain improved and semi-improved grounds, maintain trees, shrubs, broadleaf evergreens, hedges, and perennial flowers, maintain irrigation system and replace parts as necessary, perform composting operations, perform wood chipping operations, remove leaves pinecones and pine needles, Christmas tree removal, perform snow/ice removal, police grounds of trash and litter, emergency services, special events, over & above services. Hill AFB shall conduct a notice of pre-bid/pre-proposal conf date, time, location, shall be provided in the solicitation. Period of performance Basic Year with four one-year option periods. Anticipated award date 01 Apr 2003.
