- NA This is a full and open combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; p roposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAAE20-03-T-0027. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for one Compressed Air System. Description for Purchase and attachments are available for downloading at the following internet site: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm and clicking on the ?View Open Solicitations? link. FOB Destination with shipment to Rock Island, IL. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The contractor shall submit a DD250 to the Contracting Officer for acceptance. In addition, a copy of the signed certificate shall also be attached to th e DD250. The certificate shall confirm that supplies or services conform in all respects with all contract requirements. The delivery is due 30 days after contract award. The contractor shall provide the company?s standard commercial warranty coverage f or all products furnished under this contract. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 and 252.212-7000; Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders ? Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items will be based on price only. Signed and dated offers are due by 25 November 2002 4:30pm CST.
