- NA F111--Environmental Support services. The Baltimore District Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting vendors per the GSA Schedule for ENvironmental Support Services. The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as a agent of the Government, shall pro vide consulting services, via specialized technical expertise, in support of the objective and to accomplish the tasks outlined per the scope of work. This requirement is restricted to vendors on the GSA Environmental Support Schedule. All responsible sour ces can download a copy of the bid package at http://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil./ No telephone or fax request for the solicitation package will be accepted. All quoters must be registried with the Centeral Contractor Registration (CCR). See Numbered Note 22, e xcept change forty-five (45) days to fourteen (14) days.
