Description

NA The contract will provide for the construction of a new 9,098 S.M. operations support center, including all necessary support. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, construction engineering and management, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies and transportation to perform all work described in the plans and specifications. The site preparation will include the demolition of existing curbs and pavement, buildings, site lighting and the removal of several large trees. The building is a two story plus structure constructed with structural steel studs, raise flooring, brick veneer, CMU, cold-form steel roof trusses and a structural standing seam metal roof. The heating and cooling system will be served by a constant volume direct expansion cooling/hot water heating air-handling unit. The building control system will be DDC controls. The electrical system will consist of lighting, fire alarm system, generators, stand alone UPS and a 4000 ampere service. A FORMAL SITE VISIT is anticipated to be held on December 19, 2002, details to follow. Solicitation will be avaialble on/about December 10, 2002.
