- 11/08/2002 - THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO FIRE SUPPRESSION COSTS DURING THE 2002 FIRE SEASON. This project is a Request For Proposals for the stabilization and upgrade of gravel surfacing on FDR #27 for the entire length of the road (approximately 7.8 miles) using calcium chloride and benonite, located on the Bighorn National Forest, Big Horn County, Wyoming. This shall be a firm fixed price contract. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation number is RFP-RMAST-02-124. It is anticipated that work will begin June 30, 2002. Performance period is 30 calendar days. NAICS code is 23411. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to www.fedbizopps.gov for download from this web site exclusively. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued approximately May 21, 2002. This project is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. See Note 27.
