- Description
- The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center has a requirement for utilization of a pre-established community-based clinic with physicians and personnel in the area of Ponca City, Oklahoma for primary care and routine/follow-up services to include normal x-ray, laboratory and pharmaceutical services. Clinic must be located within a 30-mile radius from the center of Ponca City, Oklahoma and be located within our primary service area in the State of Oklahoma and must be ready for operation at time of award. Physicians and technicians operating under the resulting contract must meet all evaluation criteria and other professional certifications required to operate in such a clinic. Clinic profiles will be determined by the VA Medical Center Director as workload demands. Solicitation issue date shall be on or about November 13th.
