- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Pigment black furnace R410 powder packaging 25 pound bags to be palletized quantity: 10,000 pounds. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-side for small business (see numbered note 1) the applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 325998, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, NAICS code, business size status, and Duns number. Quotations are due November 20, 2002 by 2:30 P.M. Quotations may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Procurement, Attn; Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.W., Room 708-A Washington, D.C. 20228-001 or faxed to Rosa Lee at 202-874-3135.
