- Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to provide Grounds Maintenance Services at the USDA,ARS,KDLGSARC facilities in Weslaco, TX. The Grounds Maintenance includes mowing, edging, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control. Period of performance will be from January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. PROSPECTIVE VENDOR SHALL HAVE AN OFFICE SPACE WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF THE ARS FACILITIES IN WESLACO, TX. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Copy of the solicitation will only be provided in response to written, e-mailed, or faxed requests received directly from the requester. Telephone requests will not be honored.
