Description

NA The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY is conducting a Market Survey to determine if there is a sufficient number of certified HUBZone small business concerns with the required capabilities and financial resources to warrant issuing a solicitation f or this requirement under HUBZone small business set-aside procedures (FAR 19.13). The contracting officer has classified this requirement as Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 23 6220. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $28.5 million. The magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be $10 million per year, with a base year and 4 option years. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract and will encompass a wide variety of individual minor construction tasks and trades, e.g., carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior and exterior electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal work, painting, demolition, concrete ma sonry, and welding. Instructions to Interested Parties: Completed market survey forms shall be submitted in Microsoft Word for Windows 2000 or below, by email (except for financial data, HUBZone certification and bonding information) to doranp@drum.army .mil on or before 4:00 PM EST, November 27, 2002.
