Description: NA Five instructors are needed for the Strategic Crisis Exercise the last two weeks in March 2003. Some instructors are needed in Carlisle for one half day, weekly from 06 January to March for SCAP. Instructors must have a PHD or MEL-1 education, previous wargame participation and senior level DOD or Foreign Service experience. Written analysis report is required. Instructors must be able to quickly obtain a Security Clearance. Mutiple awards will be made on a best value basis. Request the solicitat ion packets by email only.
