Description: The Department of Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, to EasyAsk, Inc., for renewal of software license maintenance and support for the period 1/01/03 through 12/31/03. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that EasyAsk is the only source for the required dictionary tool analysis and review services of its proprietary software product. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
