Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Training Center intends to procure on a Sole Source basis under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Naval Institute/Naval Inst. Press, Annapolis, MD for 5500 each of The Coast Guardsman's Manual, 9th edition, ISBN1557504687 (most current edition). No substitutions will be considered. Vendors believing they can provide such a product may submit a written proposal, including all pertinent freight charges, by 10:00 AM local time, 29 November 2002. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered note 22 applies with 15 day response vice 45 days. Facsimile responses are acceptable to (609)898-6811.
