- NA The U.S. Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-3013 intends to negotiate pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c) (1) with Applied Research Associates, Incorporated, 4300 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Suite A220, Albuquerque, NM 87110. To provide technical support to Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) located on the East Coast in central Maryland. Personnel will develop tools for Virtual Proving Ground (VPG) project. The vision for VPG is to re-engineer the Army?s test capability in support of acquisiti on streamlining using a comprehensive interrelated set of synthetic environments. The VPG will be used to evaluate a system?s readiness, safety and security, technical maturity and human factors risks involved with its operation. The results of weapon sy stem models tested in the VPG synthetic environments will be a part of the PM?s risk assessment and analysis. FOB destination is required. If your company is qualified to accomplish this requirement the statement of work (SOW) will be emailed upon reques t. Quotes need to be received NLT 27 November 2003 12 noon EST at the US Army Contracting Agency, SFCA-NR-APC-T (Paula Kestler), 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013.
