Description

THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Spargo J and Associates, 11212 Waples Mill Road Suite 104, Fairfax VA 22030-7404 for rental of booth space at the Navy League of the United States sponsored Sea-Air-Space 2003 Exposition. All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which shall be considered by the agency. All capabilities statements received by 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, 26 November 2002 will be considered by the Government solely for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. Capability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this provision. Therefore, it is incumbent on the interested party to provide sufficient literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate assessment of the capability. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a sole source basis based upon the responses received.
