Description

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic (MLCLANT), Norfolk, VA is procuring Base Management Services including "Hotel-Type" Front Desk Operations, Janitorial service, and Linen services to be performed at the Coast Guard Reserve Training Center (RTC) Yorktown, VA. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, supervision, equipment, supplies, material, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide theses services at RTC Yorktown, VA. The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. A firm-fixed price type contract with requirement provisions will be awarded by October 1, 2002. The total contract duration will not exceed five years. The base period of performance will be from 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 with four twelve-month option periods, if exercised by the Government.
