- Description
- U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) plans to negotiate a sole source modification with American Management Systems for the Federal Financial Software (FFS). This non-competitive action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). HUDCAPS's is HUD's customized version of American Management Systems's Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Federal Financial Software. FFS is American Management Systems's proprietary financial software application. FFS is a critical tool utilized in daily operations at the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The period of performance will be approximately six months. No solicitation package will be issued. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. While this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all responses received by the date identified above. Written responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement.
