- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR DESIGN BUILD PLUS 03 (DBP03), Posted 22 NOv 02 and located at the following website: http://www.afcee.brooks.af.mil/pkv/design/default.asp is hereby modified as follows: The Scope for the Full and Open awarded contracts is decreased from $3.5 Billion to $2.1 Billion. The scope for the 8(a) set-asides contracts remains at $400 Million.
