- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the manufacture of the following: NOUN Inertial Navigation Unit (INU), NSN 6605-01-500-4776, PN 34078600-050 applicable B-52 aircraft. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
