- Description
- The Contractor shall provide day-to-day, non-liner video editing services, on site, for the Media Support Division (MSD) at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco (Brunswick), Ga. The MSD video editing facility consists of Beta SP, Avid Meridian non-linear editor with 3D effects, After Effects, PhotoShop and other supporting hardware/software. The contractor shall provide post-production video editing tasks in support of FLETC. The Contractor shall have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in video editing, at least five (5) years is non-liner editing (preferably specializing in law enforcement training videos). The Contractor shall be trained and efficient in graphic design, program structure and the operations of an Avid Meridian editing system. The Contractor will be required to manage and oversee the maintenance (preventative, routine, scheduled or unscheduled) of video and audio editing equipment. Period of performance to be date of award (on or about 31 January 2003) through 30 September 2003, with 4 subsequent twelve month option years. This solicitation will be available on FedBizOpps at www.eps.gov.
