Description: Government is seeking to lease approximately 24,105 rentable square feet of Class A office space yielding 20,960 BOMA Office Area Square Feet in the central business district of Buffalo. Space must be on either one or two contiguous floors. In addition, seven parking spaces are required. Lease Term shall be ten years, cancellable by the Government at any time after the fifth year upon 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
