Description

The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for 1 each Data Security, Inc (DSI) degausser, model #HD-6000. We are only accepting quotes on DSI products, and no equals will be accepted. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The reference number for this acquisition is F33SCX23190200. This solicitation has incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 335999. Please identify whether or not you are a small or large business based upon this NAICS - small business size standard: 500 employees. This requirement is for CLIN 0001, 1 each DSI degausser, model #HD-6000 (DSI part # 950-0000). CLIN 0002, 1 each 12 month service agreement for degausser, model #HD-6000 (DSI part # HD-6000 service agreement) to include (but not limited to): complete on-site maintenance and repair including parts and labor. CLIN 0003, 2 each 6 month certification for degausser, model #HD-6000 (DSI part # HD-6000 certification). Certification is required after any repair and involves verifying that the degausser is still meeting all Federal, DOD, and Air Force guidelines that were certified when originally produced. Degausser must be delivered to 96 CG/SCWD Bldg 380, Attn: Neal Urquhart, 201 W. Eglin Blvd, Suite 124,Eglin AFB, FL 32542, no later than 30 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis.
