Description
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Airway Facilities Division (AF), is soliciting firm fixed price offers for a Division Resource Center. DOT/FAA anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price type contract with firm-fixed-pricing consisting of a base year and four renewable 1-year options. To be considered qualified, each offeror must demonstrate an ability to accomplish all tasks specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) of the Screening Information Request (SIR). The contractor shall provide all documentation and information necessary that demonstrates ability to perform all of the requested tasks. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 541513. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Offer (RFO) from the Internet. If downloading is not possible, all requests for a copy of the SIR should be submitted in writing either via facsimile (405-954-3030) or via my E-Mail (michele.d.mustin@faa.gov). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency. All requests should be submitted to Michele D. Mustin and reference SIR:DTFA-AC-03-18-R-00045. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: DOT, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
