- IFB FACILITIES SUPPORT CONTRACT, LABORATORY SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS OF WASTE WATER, DRINKING WATER, SOILS, AND HAZARDOUS WASTES In support of Solicitation N68711-03-B-1505. Naval Base Ventura County. This is a combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity performance based contract. The work includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, management, supervision, technical expertise, and quality control as required for sampling and laboratory analysis of wastewater, storm water, drinking water, soils, and hazardous waste at the Naval Base Ventura County. THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. Specifications will be available on the internet site on or about December 17, 2002. The website address for downloading the Solicitation is (http://esol.navfac.navy.mil). Total duration of the contract is 365 days however; four (4) one-year options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 8734, with a size standard of $6.0M. The estimated cost is $250,000.00 to $500,00.00. All prospective bidders and plan rooms must register as planholder's on the website in order to receive a copy of the statement of work. The official plan holder's list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for download free of charge via this website. Hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of the solicitation will NOT be provided by the Government. The official plan holders lists will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. All prospective bidders and plan rooms are encouraged to register as plan holders on the website. Plan holders lists will not be faxed and will only be available from the website. Registering bidders and plan rooms must provide a complete name, address, area code, phone number, offeror type (prime contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or plan room), e-mail address and type of business (large, small, small disadvantaged, womand owned etc.). Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to continually view the website for any amendments made to this solicitation. NOTE: The apparent successful offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Award will not be made until this requirement is met. Offerors not already registered in the CCR are highly encouraged to do so by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at httP://ccr.edi.disa.mil.
