PACCHIANA, NURSE METHODS ANALYST, PHONE NUMBER 706-787-2094 AND E MAIL ADDRESS, Vincent.Pacchiana@se.amedd.army.mil POC: Mr. Vincent Pacchiana, LPN, Nurse Methods Analyst (706) 787-2094 This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRICARE Regions 3 & 4 that include all DOD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee are in the process of stan dardizing Crutches and Canes as listed in the subject line above. Companies with current Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAs) with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia for these items are eligible to participate in the standardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full product line, must provide customer support, in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within TRICARE Regions 3 & 4, must provide clinical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide company?s return policy, must provide company?s distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Regions 3 & 4, and must provide electronic and hard-copy o f proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: Crutches (Aluminum/Wood)- Available in a variety of sizes ranging from pediatrics to extra tall, durable, pairs are complete with tips, grips, and pads, adjustable wi th easy and speed, and grips and pads provide comfort. Canes (Aluminum/Wood)-Durable, easily adjustable, and come complete with handgrip and tip. Accessories (Crutches/Canes/)- Replacement pads, tips, and grips will be available for crutches and tips and g rips for canes. Respondents must address all criteria listed above.
