- NA 17. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12. Contractor shall provide a unit price and a tot al price for each CLIN. This requirement is being Set-Aside for Small Business. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with the proposal. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items and the clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement statues or Executive Order-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the offeror who is found to be technically acceptable and can meet the required delivery date of 20 December 2002 and must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database. All questions regarding t his RFQ must be submitted in writing via facsimile and must reference the RFQ number. All quotes must be received in this office by 12:00 p.m. EST on 13 Dec 02, via facsimile at (703) 767-4691/4441, addressed to the Attention of Ms. Shirley Alexander and r eference the RFQ number. All quotes shall include the following Contractor Identification Numbers: 1. Commercial and Government Entity CAGE Code; 2. Data Universal Numbering Systems; and 3. Taxpayer Identification Number.
