Description

This is a sole, source requirement for NSN: 5985-01-384-3652LG; P/N: 14D27400-1; Noun: Antenna applicable to the MC-130E, Combat Talon I, Aircraft. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 4 each plus a basic year option quantity range of 1-5 each. There are two outyear options. Each outyear option has a quantity range of 1-5 each for a total estimated quantity of 19 each. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 4 each due 30 Sep 03. A firm-fixed-price contract will be issued to Nurad Technologies, Inc., 3310 Carlins Park Drive, Baltimore,MD 21215. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
