Description

NA The United States Military Academy intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Hotel Thayer, Building 674, West Point, NY, 10996 to house Educators for site visit and conference. Award amount is estimated at $68,244.00. This requirement is for approximately 47 educators to stay on site for 12 days, intermittently, to attend seminars and meetings that will be held on the campus at various times and locations during their stay. This requires close proximity to the campus due to the fact that none of these personnel will have transportation available to them during their stay, and will be on a tightly scheduled campus-wide visit. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source an d no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 721110 and the size standard is $5.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their c apabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. See Numbered 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days notice in Note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via email to Marybeth.egan@usma.edu. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is soley within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
