Description: NA Solicitation #DACW41-03-Q-0036 is a request for quotes for Park Custodian services, six days per week including holidays and weekends, for Area I, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Stockton Lake Project, Missouri. Services are for a base year (the 2003 recrea tional season, April 16 - September 30) plus 1 renewal option, which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total amount of award for the entire duration of the contract (maximum 2 years) is estimated to be below $50,000. This is a tot al small business set-aside. This is a BEST VALUE contract to be evaluated and awarded based on EXPERIENCE and PAST PERFORMANCE, as well as price. The decision to award will not be made based on price alone. The Government will not award to a Contractor who intends to subcontract the work: the Contractor is expected to directly perform the services. NAICS code: 561210. SIC code: 8744.
