Description

NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the services to survey all underground water piping at Lee Village, Ft Campbell, Kentucky to detect any leaks. The period of service will be no later than 29 September 2003. This proposed procurement will be issued on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price order with Carlyle Consulting due to proprietary considerations. Carlyle Consulting developed and tested 'The Wireless Acoustic Leak Detectio n and Location Transmission System.' Request for DACA42-03-T-0026 will be issued on or about 2 January 2003 with a closing date of 17 January 2003. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: Vburg Consolidated Contract ing, Champaign Field Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61868-9005.
