Description

NA This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for Hot Oil Flow Test Stand for AGT 1500 Gas Turbine Engine. The Kansas Army National Guard (KSARNG), Advance Turbine Engine Army Maintenance (ATEAM) An Hot Oil Flow Test Stand is designed to check oil flow through AGT 1500 engine parts, subassemblies and assemblies utilizing MIL-L-23699 Turbine Oil in accordance with the applicable CMM test procedures. The test stand shall be designed for use in a non-hazardous environment and constructed in accordance with United States Electrical Code guidelines. The electrical cabinet for the switchgear shall be designed into the test stand for ease of servicing and connection to facility services. The test stand shall be manufactured in a single section to simplify the install ation process. The technical description and Engineering Specification may be downloaded at www.ngks.net. Proposals shall include pricing for 1 EA Oil flow Test Stand and a option for the purchase of two (2) additional oil flow test stands. The contract or’s proposal shall contain the maximum period of time they would hold the option open for acceptance by the Government. All pricing is to be proposed FOB destination, ATEAM, 741 Ray Rd., Fort Riley, KS 66442. All responsible sources may submit an offer, w hich shall be considered by the Agency. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. Technically acceptable The solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation DAHA14 03 R 4003 is issued as an RFP. This is a solicitation document and incorporates provisi ons are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-10. NAICS code is 334514. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (7/2002) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (2/2002) applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (5/2 002) applies to this acquisition.
