Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to demolish existing restroom facilities and its foundation. In it's location, the Contractor shall place fill material to raise grade to match the existing parking lot, and construct a 48 x 48 foot building, with a men's and women's restroom, shower facilities, and plumbing alley. The building shall be constructed with a post and beam insulated concrete form and a 12:1 roof, standing ridge metal panels, and will be placed on a grade beam footing adn slab foundation. The project is located in Lincoln County, New Mexico at the Valley of Fires Recreation Area. Bonds will be required. The Government Estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This project is available to all responsive, responsible offerors who submit a bid under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about January 3, 2003.
