Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is contemplated IAW Far Part 12. FAR Part 13 procedures will be followed to the maximum extent practicable. The award will be based on best value to the government, considering both priced and non-priced factors. Contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr2000.com/. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 541330. Size Standard: 4M. Schedule B (See attachment 1). Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to perform services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, Appendices, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Data Item Descriptions (DID), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and Wage Determination 94-2431 Rev 19 Oklahoma City, OK. (See Attachment 2) The period of performance is estimated to be 12 months from contract award date. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition (See Atch 2). FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (See Atch 3). All offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with their offer (See Atch 3). FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (See Atch 3). FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items applies (See Atch 3). Site visit: There will be a site visit for interested offerors on 18 Dec 02, 2:00 PM Central Time. Prospective offerors must contact (via email) one of the points of contacts listed in this solicitation no later than 1:00 PM, 17 Dec 02. Attending offerors will meet Government representatives at the Pass & ID office located outside the Eaker Gate off of I-40 & SE 29th Street. Questions from the site visit or otherwise must be sent via email to the POC?s listed in this solicitation NLT 4:00 PM Central time on 19 Dec 02. Award is anticipated by 17 Jan 03.
