Description

Sources Sought/Request for Information: Bechtel Nevada is seeking sources for a 6 Month Dry Lease of a Beechcraft B-200 King Air, 300 Available Flight Hours without major inspections. Minor modifications required. (will be reversed at end of lease) 1. 5 amps AC power to cabin 2. 5 amps DC power to cabin 3. Intercom system to cabin (2 positions) 4. GPS antenna with hookup in cabin. Routine maintenance can be accomplished by Bechtel Nevada certificated mechanics. Major maintenance negotiated in the lease. Aircraft to be hangared at Nellis Air Force Base. Request all interested parties submit information on the aircraft including type of maintenance inspection program used on the aircraft and leasing information to the attention of Jeanette Matthews - Fax (702) 295-9112 or email the information to matthejl@nv.doe.gov. Please provide a budgetary estimate for the cost of the lease. Request all information be provided no later than January 10, 2003
