- The Janitorial Service at the Federal Aviation Administration, Northern California Terminal Radar Approach Control (NCT), in Mather California is no longer set aside to Socially Economically and Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) 8A-certified. It has been changed to read Small Business set aside. Request will be accepted from the first ten (10) requestors. If you have requested under the 8a Certified announcement, your request will be honored. If you do not want to be included, please contact Brian Edwards at 310-725-7545. The deadline for responses shall be the First ten 10 requestors or the close of business on December 24,2002 whichever comes first. All other terms and conditions in the original announcement remain in effect. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this project is 56172. Request for a Solicitation Package must identify the solicitation number and must be requested via facsimile (310) 725-6843 or in writing. VERBAL OR TELEPHONIC REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED, however, if you have questions, contact Brian Edwards at (310) 725-7545. A request for a solicitation package must be received no later than July 30, 2002. Any request for a solicitation received after this date, regardless of how transmitted, will not be honored. The solicitation for this project will not be issued until the closing date of this announcement to ensure equal response time. The FAA may make an award without communications or negotiation; however, communications and/or negotiat! ions may be conducted to determine the best value to the FAA.
