Description

The US Geological Survey Intends to Award a Sole Source contract to Micro-G Solutions of Erie, CO for 1Ea. Absolute Gravimeter, Micro-G Solutions Model A-10 possessing the following minimum specifications and capabilities: (a) Portability in outdoor applications; (b) Operational by a single technician; (c) Field deployable in 2 hours; (d) Operates in outdoor temperature conditions from 0 to 40 degrees C; (e) Dimensional footprint of approximately 50 centimeters in diameter; (f) Capable of measuring the acceleration of gravity to an accuracy of +/- 5 microgal with 2 hours of data (10 microgal precision in less than 10 minutes); (g) Equipped with Micro-G Optical Interferometer. NAICS Code is 334516. NO SOLICITATION will be issued. This award will be made under simplified acquisition procedures for a Commercial Item. Interested Parties may submit a capabilities statement to the Contracting Officer.
