Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) has been tasked to initiate a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with The Boeing Company in support of the T-45 Program. The purpose of the proposed BOA is to procure Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) to support the T-45 Program. The supplies and services are required to meet fleet needs and to provide for increased Support Equipment capabilities. The support required is as follows: 1) Integrated Logistic Support services for the T-45 aircraft. This includes training materials; technical manuals and publications including technical directives, calibration requirements and all associated technical documentation to include Provisioning Data and proposal preparation. Complete LSA services and LSAR's. 2) Sustaining Engineering: The contract could provide complete sustaining engineering support including configuration management and maintenance, ECP preparation, impact and status reporting, database management and maintenance, supplier coordination, and safety maintenance analysis. 3) PSE for all maintenance levels including PSE repair and spare parts. PSE for other support equipment. Installation, validation and verification of all SE. engineering and technical services for new PSE development. Development of Test Program Sets (TPS) that run on Navy Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) used for testing T-45 systems. Aircraft system/component spares used for maintenance. In accordance with NAPS 6.303-2 (94) a review of the requirements in each order will be preformed to insure the order does not call for more than the Government's needs. The Boeing Company is the only firm with the unique knowledge, experience, and proprietary data required to fulfill requirements for PSE. See Number Note 22
