Description

GSA anticipates it will issue Phase Two, Request for Proposals (bidding documents): 02/18/03; and anticipates receipt of proposals will be 03/30/03. Estimated cost range: $25,000,000 - $35,000,000. Estimated time for completion of contract: 450 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Phase One, technically qualified general contractors requested to submit Request for Proposals pricing are: Caddell Construction Co., Inc.,2700 Lagoon Drive, Montgomery, AL 63109; J.E. Dunn Construction, 929 Holmes, Kansas City, MO 64106; The Weitz Company, 5901 Thornton Ave., Des Moines, IA 50321; and Kiewitt Contruction Co., 3921 Mason Street, Omaha, NE 68105. Phase Two Specifications (Bidding Documents) will be available from the General Services Administration at no cost.
