Description
: Sources Sought Notice. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources interested and capable of providing and administering a commercial Flexible Cafeteria Benefits Program. The Program would service up to 3,500 employees nationwide, including the metropolitan areas of Washington, D.C.; New York, NY; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Miami, FL; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Ft. Worth, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Los Angeles, CA; and San Francisco, CA. The Flexible Cafeteria Program should provide for the following options: Dental Insurance; Vision Insurance; Basic Life Insurance; Short-term Disability Insurance; and Alternative Retirement Plan. Potential sources responding to this sources sought notice are requested to submit a capabilities statement that provides the following information: Ability to perform all functions necessary to establish a Flexible Cafeteria Program and demonstrated examples of such ability. Ability to negotiate rate adjustments or other changes with Health Insurance Providers. Ability to manage all phases of a Flexible Cafeteria Program and demonstrated examples of such ability. Ability to provide information electronically to all participants (e.g. benefit, deductible, co-pay information) and the ability to notify all participants electronically or by direct mail of all changes associated with the Program. Ability to perform all fiduciary services associated with paying premiums and managing accounts. Ability to provide reports including tracking participant usage, tracking participant and SEC costs.
