Description

The Contractor shall provide custodial services to include the furnishing of all supplies to accomplish those services, at Green Mountain Power Plant in accordance with the requirements of the Statement of Work in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean and neat professional appearance. The estimated square footage for all designated floor spaces and facilities is 10,245 square feet on three floors. This is a performance based commercial service acquisition, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations, part 12 and 13.5. The due date for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) is tentatively scheduled for January 24, 2003. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition will be a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561720. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7349. The small business size standard is $14.0 Million. To receive a copy of the RFQ, contractors shall fax a request to the attention of Andy Fox at (406) 247-7798. The fax must include contractors name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification and DUNS numbers.
