Description: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drugs and Radiological Health (CDRH), has a requirement to establish a maintenance agreement for hardware support on three (3) Sony Jukebox WORM Libraries, including its drives and standalone WORM drive. Award will be made on a "sole source" basis to Eastman Kodak Company, Chicago, IL. It is the governments understanding that this company is the only know source that possesses the capabilities and necessary equipment/parts required to maintain the above-referenced equipment. Therefor, this annoucement is for informational purposes only. No solicitation will result.
