Description

The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a brand name firm-fixed price contract for a PCI Board. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The reference number for this acquisition is F33SCX23510100. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334111. Please identify whether or not you are a small or large business based upon this NAICS; small business size standard: 1000 employees. This requirement is for CLIN0001 Chassis - Advantech PCI Computer Chassis having the following configuration: 4U 15-slot IPC Chassis w/400W Power Supply, FC-PCA Socket 370 Pentium III SBC w/VGA, LAN, Intel Pentium III 850MHz CPU Socket 370, 256MB, SDRAM, 20GB Hard Disk Drive, 52-Speed CD-ROM, IDE, 3.5 Inch 1.44 MB Floppy Drive, 24 Inch Slide Rails, Windows 2000 Professional (Advantech Part # IPC-615BP-40ZB). CLIN0002 Integration - Ulyssix Technologies integration of 4-GFE Demodulator Boards into above Advantech PCI Computer Chassis (Ulyssix Part # IPC-INTE). CLIN0003 Correction - Ulyssix Technologies Correction to Syrinx-PCI-01 cards where Ulyssix Technologies will upgrade the design for the calibration level rise problem. Ulyssix will also upgrade the Syrinx-OCI-01 Low Pass Filter Mode (Ulyssix Technologies Part # Upgrade Syrinx-PCI-02). PCI Board with software must be delivered to 96 CG/SCWD, Bldg 380 Room 124, Eglin AFB, FL 32542, no later than 30 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. This solicitation has incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The following FAR and DFAR Clauses apply to the Synopsis/Solicitation and any subsequent award: 52.212-1 (OCT 2000), Instructions to Offerors Commercial; 52.212-2 (JAN 1999), Evaluation - Commercial Items (Evaluation will be based on price or price-related factors); 52.212-3 (JUL 2002), Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Offerors must submit a completed copy with their offer); 52.212-4 (FEB 2002), Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5 (MAY 2002), Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes of executive Orders - Commercial Items; 52.247-34 (NOV 1991), F.O.B. Destination; 252.204-7004 (NOV 2001), Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), 252.212-7001 (JUL 2002), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
