Description: The Department of State intends to enter into negotiations with DynCorp, Technical Services, One Ridgmar Centre, 6500 West Freeway, Suite 600, Fort Worth, Texas 76116-2187 on a sole source basis. The current contract is due to expire on February 28, 2003 and an extension is required for a six month period beginning March 1, 2003 through August 31, 2003. Additional time is necessary for the Department of State to competitively award a new contract in support of these services and ensure there is no break in performance. There is no solicitation available for this requirement. This notice may represent the only official notice.
