Description

NA This acquisition is for Commercial Item/Services. The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, material, supplies and supervision as specified to perform duties, cleaning and servicing the facilities and grounds of the Lucas Park, Wilson Lake Project in Russell County, Kansas, as described in the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is one base year (FY03) beginning April 15, 2003 through September 30, 2003 plus two (2) one-year options. The service period for Option Year 1 (FY04) is fr om April 15, 2004 through September 30, 2004. The service period for Option Year 2 (FY05) is from April 15, 2005 through September 30, 2005. The Government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer confo rms to the solicitation on the basis of best value to the Government. This solicitation is set aside for small business participation. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 7349. The NAICS Code is 561720. All responsible sources may submit an offer, wh ich will be considered by this agency. The Solicitation package shall be available on or about February 14, 2003.
