NA NA Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to: J. Alex Smith at j.alex.smith@usace.army.mil. Notice DACW67-02-R-0019 is reissued for the new FY as RFP DACW67-03-R-0001. Firms must re-register at site listed below to continue to receiv e information and notices concerning this solicitation. The Seattle District has a requirement for Construction of a pre-cast and cast-in place 100' high cofferdam in Howard Hanson Dam Reservoir on the Green River and perform extensive excavation behind it . The excavation hole will be used to install a fish pas sage facility under a separate contract. The work is in a flood control reservoir upstream of a major water supply diversion pipe and therefore requires precise execution of specified construction wi ndows and water quality measures. Proposed procurement will result in Firm Fixed Price Construction contract.
