Description

NA The Product Manager, Physical Security Equipment (PM-PSE) plans to extend the current contract DAAB15-02-D-0004 with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems for a period of twelve months for installation of the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICI DS-II). This extension is necessary and will apply to work currently being performed on sites already under contract and within the scope of the current contract that expires 31 January 2003. The requested extension allows for an orderly completion of on going modifications that are necessary at several of the installations currently under progress. A follow-on contract for installation of ICIDS-III at Department of the Army Approved installations was awarded on a fully competitive basis on 10 September 2 002. The statutory authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source.
